What counts
Booking revenue means room revenue from direct bookings made through the tracked links in the emails I send for you, as recorded by your booking engine. Cancelled bookings don’t count.
The fee means the fee you pay for the 90-Day Direct Rebooking Build. The 90 days start on the day the first campaign email goes out.
Who it applies to
Your hotel has roughly 1,500 or more past-guest email addresses with consent to receive marketing, and your booking engine can record bookings from tracked links. I check both before we start. If either isn’t in place, I’ll tell you before you pay.
What I need from you
Access to your email platform and your booking engine’s reporting. Feedback on draft emails within two working days, so sends go out on schedule. The agreed emails go out as planned and aren’t paused during the 90 days.
What working for free means
I keep running and improving your past-guest emails at no charge until tracked booking revenue reaches 3× the fee.

The exact terms go into your agreement before we start. If anything here differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.
