Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, Social Spoon collects your first name and email address to send the hotel email insights and updates you request. New website signups go directly to Kit, our email platform. Your first name can be used to personalise our emails. Kit processes signup and email delivery information on our behalf.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.

Discovery call bookings

The booking page includes a Calendly calendar, where you choose a time and provide your booking details. Social Spoon uses the information you provide to arrange and prepare for your call. Calendly processes the booking information under its privacy notice. Booking a call does not subscribe you to our newsletter.

Browser storage

The website stores a preference in your browser so the welcome invitation is shown only once, and to remember a successful subscription. Kit’s embedded form may use browser storage to recognise a signup and support its form features. The embedded Calendly calendar loads on the booking page and may use cookies or browser storage as described in Calendly’s privacy notice and cookie settings. Clearing browser storage may make the invitation appear again.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted by Wix. Wix processes ordinary connection information to provide the website. Kit processes newsletter form submissions. Calendly provides the embedded scheduling service on the booking page. Inter Tight is requested from Google Fonts. Other fonts and photography are hosted with the website.
