AUTOMATED, WITH HUMAN JUDGEMENT
What we check before building
A journey is more than a sequence of emails. It needs accurate triggers, useful guest data and clear rules about who should receive what.
We map the logic, write the messages, build the agreed flows and test the important scenarios. Platform and booking-system connections are checked before the scope is agreed.
For example: once someone has booked, the conversation should move on to their stay.
FROM MAP TO LIVE JOURNEY
What you get.
- 01
A guest-journey map
The stages, messages, triggers and available data, with the most useful gaps identified.
- 02
Property-specific copy and design
Emails shaped around your guest experience and your hotel’s voice.
- 03
Build and quality checks
The agreed flows configured in your platform, with exclusions, links and key scenarios tested.
- 04
A clear handover and review plan
What has been built, how it works and how the results will be reviewed. Ongoing optimisation can be scoped separately.
Before we build.
Can you connect to our booking system?
We first check what your booking system and email platform support. The proposed journeys depend on those capabilities and the data available. No integration is promised before that review.
Can we begin with one journey?
Yes. A focused welcome or post-stay journey can be a sensible starting point. We choose it based on the gap, the available audience and the reliability of the trigger.
Does automated mean set and forget?
No. Availability, guest behaviour and the hotel itself change. We agree a review process so useful automation stays useful.
